The more I learn, the less I know.
I love to write, as writing helps me to figure out what the heck just happened. It's how I process thoughts and emotions. That is what I do here on my blog. I write to see if I can make sense of my experiences and glean more value from them, and sometimes just to save the memory.
When I look back over 3+ years of blog posts I am stupefied by the change in my perceptions and ideas of How Things Are. Sometimes I blush at old posts because I can see now how I thought I had it all figured out, but I didn't know diddly squat. Such arrogance! But I decided to leave them all up because it's all just a reflection of my journey as human. Feel free to point and laugh. I do.
If you can't laugh at yourself, then you are being waaaay too serious. :)
I think I've been making life too complicated, what with trying to figure out where it is I'm going and trying to plan for a future. Today has enough on its plate though. Tomorrow can wait indefinitely.
I attempt to live as a spiritual warrior, to fearlessly dive in and explore the ego in myself with the idea that armed with conscious recognition of my own patterns, habits, and belief structures, I can make a different choice, one born of humility and love rather than ignorance and fear. I still fall down more than I'd like to.
